They discovered an eagle that was born with three legs. It wasn't going to survive, so it was taken into captivity and raised to be part of a traveling show on the wonders of nature. Started out tragically, but he was a bird of many talons.

Interesting lesson learned. Being in a Teams meeting from home, with a wife running around in pajamas, and twelve cats trying to figure out who the human is talking to... is very different from sitting in a quiet office and doing the same thing.

I just signed up for Operation Paperback to send books to troops. We end up with a lot of spare books, AND, it's a chance to make sure that books the military is removing from DoD school libraries, etc. get to readers who matter.
