Unpopular opinion: I don’t mind the twice yearly time changes. It’s cold, dark and miserable in Canada in winter… Sun setting at 4:30 this time of year. Only fair that we get to walk and bike and fish and golf and play softball in the long warm summer evenings. Makes living in this climate tolerable

30 years ago, my late grandmother would give us these giant bags full of stocking stuffers for x-mas. One held a Hank Aaron ornament. For years, I used Hammerin’ Hank as my tree topper. Now that I have a family, we use something else, but the tradition of hanging Hank on the tree lives on!
