As I understand it, being proud of ones heritage is a privilege of white guys. No issue with irish flag, german flag, italian flag. Colombus day is a there for italo-americans. But how dare you being proud of your mexican heritage.

1) Americans need to feel the pain Trumps policies brings them. So yeah, you want Trumps policies to have consequences.
2) Our subsedizing and overproducing ruins the agrarian markets of developing countries.

This is not about domestic supply but about export. China is a major importer of US agrarian goods. Chinas counter tariffs hit those. So the farmers need a bailout.
