So hey: The First Amendment does not apply to private companies. Pass it on. Seriously, apparently we need to pass it on. It is not a “free speech violation” for a social media platform like X or a newsletter app like Substack to disallow hate speech. IT SIMPLY ISN’T.

I was a counterprotester on January 6. Holding an anti-Trump sign outside the Capitol, I was assaulted. I witnessed the rioters carrying weapons and shouting in unison about murdering Congress. January 6th was not a peaceful protest. It was a violent coup attempt by Trump supporters. Never forget.
