Gloomy to some! The lack of high contrast allows more detail. An underexposed picture can contain a rich amount of detail. I use the free version of Adobe Photoshop Express to use it's wand to auto correct then allow me to tweak the settings to work an image. I used your picture here. Thanks! ;-)

I searched, Ai found nothing opensource but said that you could 'use SkyWalking for monitoring and managing your distributed system, Label Studio for the autolabelling part, and the NGE2E framework for setting up and running your E2E tests.' Of course that is easy to say when you are Ai. LOL.
