If not answering your emails is a sign of fraud then I’ve got some bad news about the NHS

The UK class system is very interesting to experience as a foreigner. And I’m not just talking about how entrenched the class system is here; foreigners are seen as ‘outside’ the class system, but they also *must* be hardworking and contributing members of society to justify living here.

Genuinely thought this was a shitpost, can’t believe this is a legit real person

When they were using coded symbols like 👌 and stuff, they would call you crazy for being triggered by an emoji. They are so emboldened because nobody believed us. They'll be hanging swastikas from the white house and calling us snowflakes next.

Wow Conclave’s Oscars campaign is a bit much aye

Someone helped me make a meme

fuck you fuck you fuck you the guardian. take brianna ghey's name out your mouth. ten years of laying the table for stochastic terror and you have concerns about online hate? just crawl into a corner and die with the rest of the legacy media.

Have seen men that had killed their entire families not be cuffed/shackled like this in court.

Waiting until Civ 7 is a bit more developed before I go out and buy it, but I must say the voice actor who did Harriet Tubman did an incredible job from what I’ve seen so far

Every photo I see of Luigi Mangione reminds me of this

*sings ‘Aotearoa’* 🫡 🥲

Did Nazi that coming

We never heard the phrase “bend the knee” until Game of Thrones. If it’s one think I’ll never forgive that show for, it’s hearing that phrase is now constantly being used by journalists

As a left-wing person who long reconciled himself with the reality that my politics are marginal and will likely remain so forever (and that I personally am not a terribly convincing advocate for them), I'm struck by how often the mere existence of my politics is treated like a major social problem

"concerns" I have concerns tbh. The endless funding of international conflicts while children live in poverty in one of the richest country on the planet, that's one of my concerns. Why are MY concerns dismissed?

This is so funny because Starmer is still looking down on the working class by presuming we all share the same awful views on immigration as him. Never mind the fact the UK working class today is disproportionately diverse, which he doesn’t care about as we all know he’s a massive racist anyway

Every time I hear about DOGE I think about this Kim Stanley Robinson line, "Efficiency was just a measurement of how fast money moved from the poor to the rich. We prefer the opposite of efficiency, which is to say, justice."

Don’t expect UK journalists these days to do any research, especially the Guardian. Had they bothered, they’d find the ridicule from NZ comes at a time the country is seeing record emigration, while trying to lure rich influencers with ‘digital nomad’ visas www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

Customer last night noticed the tā moko on my arms, asked if I’m Māori, and when I confirmed they then told me they’d not long been to NZ. Even they had some choice things to say about David Seymour and all the shit he’s done over there

The New York Times is 100% wrong. Fairy bread is a party appetiser, not the main course. Of course you had birthday cake, if you were lucky, from the Women's Weekly cake cookbook. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Aus...

It’s like he’s completely forgotten about last summer’s race riots
