Wish I'd gotten a photo of the red-bellied black snake that disappeared under the tent of my fellow campers up in the Vic high country. Absolutely beautiful, must have shed its skin very recently. Vantablack on top, bright scarlet striping underneath. Scarpered when we lifted one side of the tent..

Killing civilians may be understandable... maybe? if you've been brutalized by an occupying force for decades. But - it is never excusable. Murder must be rejected always. What the US did in bombing Hiroshima was barbaric, what they have done in supplying Israel with weapons is barbaric.
