And the same with constantly rushing to say, "of course government is bloated." It's another thing that every voter "knows" that really isn't true at all. What is true: Republican administrations keep cutting taxes to the 1% and creating revenue shortfalls because trickle down never does.

I don't know what's possible at the federal level, beyond the filibuster, but if I were House and Senate Democrats I'd be looking for the best parliamentarian I could find to gum up the works. I once saw a state senator in WVa bring things to a halt for WEEKS by refusing to waive reading of bills.

Y'all, my baby just has his first Reese's cup - at age 21. Thanks to the NIH for funding a long-ago study that made this treatment possible. And, no, it's not about being able to eat yummy junk food. It's about preventing reactions that can lead to death due to accidental exposure.
