Haven't posted a workout recently, but I've been steadily getting it done. Today's #fitness was a walk, and EMOM #kettlebell swings. I've managed to claw back 1 point of VO2 Max that I lost when I was sick in early January. I'm pleased with that measure of progress. #womenwholift #fitafter50

Today's #fitness was a #kettlebell session. 6 rounds of: 3 row 3 clean & press 3 squat 3 swing 3 snatch 3 reverse lunge L, R, rest TGUs before and leg raises after. Reverse lunges are definitely improving. Playing with 2x the video so a full set fits Bluesky's max length. #womenwholift #fitafter50

Sunday afternoon is for #knitting and tea while listening to the #audiobook of Black House by Stephen King and Peter Straub. I read the Talisman in the 80s and reread it a few weeks ago since I'd never gotten around to the sequel. #sockknitting

Sunday's #fitness was a spin class. I'm glad I did it, I needed some high aerobic work, but ugh not a fan of that instructor. They've started doing SpiVi classes (which i like) but she clearly didn't know how to use it and what was on the screen had no relationship to her random cues. #fitafter50

The last few days of #fitness were finishing up a few January #garmin badges. Wednesday was a rest day, so I did Breathwork just to earn that one. Then, a walk on Thursday for 10k steps. Yesterday was a great #vinyasa #yoga just because I needed it. Today's plan is #kettlebell and walk. #fitafter50

Quads are sore from lunges Sunday, and I was short on time, so I adjusted today's #fitness plan a little. Warm-up, some Turkish Getups, then 20 minutes of EMOM #kettlebell swings with the 35lb. Abs and stretching after. Pretty good total volume for those 200 swings. #womenwholift #fitafter50

Friday was a rest day, Saturday a chill walk, so I had to bring it to today's #fitness. Started with #kettlebell Turkish Getups, then 25 minutes of: Swing x 5 Snatch x 5 Overhead lunge x 5 L, R, rest Lying straight leg raise x 50

Today's #fitness was a long-ish treadmill session that #garmin says got me back in the Productive range. My goal is to get back into the condition that I can actually run that instead of a walk. But I am where I am, patience and consistency will get me there. #fitafter50

Yesterday's #fitness was a 4.3mi walk. Today was a #kettlebell day. After warmup, I did some Turkish Getups using just a light weight, practicing the motion. Then 7 rounds of: Snatch x 4 Windmill x 4 Clean x 4 Squat x 4 L, R, rest Followed with a mile on the treadmill. #womenwholift #garmin

Today's #fitness was a super relaxed bird walk. Effort points were low, but it helped put me over 12k steps so far today. Time in nature is the best.

Today's #fitness was a treadmill 5k walk. Not a big fan of the treadmill, but I like it better than 28°. Tomorrow should be a strength day. #garmin #fitafter50
