this is actually SUPER accessible - the soles can be bought from Sneaker Kit or Tandy Leather! both come with instructions, though if you bought from Tandy like I did you’ll have to adjust a little for fabric vs leather

i did! the neckline is very sturdy and includes interfacing; i’ll tell you what it is in the morning when i’m not in bed. (i do think perhaps i’d use featherweight next time, but that’s personal preference)

i’m headed in tomorrow. current plans include a notebook so i can write when i can’t speak, a plushie, a fidget, and very clear written boundaries about what i want and don’t want. we’ll do x-rays to see what needs to be done, but they can’t touch my mouth, and i’ll be on gas for the work next appt

i work for a commercial insurance broker! the job is whatever, but the benefits rock and it pays for fabric for my sewing, which I consider my fulfilling ‘job’ ☺️

I recently had to get mine repaired, and someone in another forum mentioned this was why he had a non-computerized backup - for travel, or while the other one is in need of service. but more than 2 feels silly

i’ve done it, but set a timer to sit up every 10 minutes or so or else you’ll get verrrrrry creaky and be sore the next day. table definitely preferred
