I recently resumed my study of "the" Wudang 108 form of Taijiquan. It's been almost 20 years since I first started and learned the rudiments of the form, and 15 since I practiced. Even so, I've recovered half of it in three weeks of practice. Not much refinement, my center of gravity... (1/)
