I’ve never heard of extended acrylics before and a quick internet search was not helpful. I am assuming that it’s acrylic paint that already has additive in it so that it takes more time to dry than normal?

Yes, if I can easily draw on both sides of the sheet of paper. Now, if I have bleeding, like you do here then no, because it would be difficult to use both sides.

To me it tastes like grass, but in a good way. I know that sounds weird, but like slightly floral fresh grass is the best I can describe it.
