A federal judge blocked the plan — and on Friday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that decision. The admin cannot move forward with their plans to dismantle federal agencies while the case proceeds.

The administration tried to reorganize the federal government by executive order — shuttering agencies, laying off workers, and centralizing power. That’s unconstitutional. So we took them to court.
