So, El Salvador is being paid to detain these individuals. That makes them our agent. Thus, each prisoner remains in the constructive custody of the USA and is subject to our jurisdiction. Get ‘em back home and give each one due process as required by the 5th Amendment. Shame!

Hmmm, looks like more evidence that all of this has purposefully been done and orchestrated for decades. From the dismantling of the education system at the beginning of the 1900's, T's First term got the judges in place and Jan 6th was all to test the system. Now they are protected by that system.👎
