I used to be considered important, but you seem to want to forge a new path. I’ll make sure you don’t forget me.

His big moves did not come from being in the minority. Did he do some dirty things? Yep. His power moves were in the majority. Did he create delays? Sure. Right now thats like bringing a butter knife to a gun battle. Clearly, I’m not new to this either.

That’s fair. But what did Mitch do when he didn’t have the Majority in either party? I’d suggest that is exactly why we are here. I’m suggesting instead of Democrats yelling at Democrats to “Do Something!”, understand your own power.

Dems have zero political power. We have to yield a different power. A collective economic boycott. We have to be willing to curtail our spending folks. Of course, necessities are a must. But think about discretionary spending. Do you need that sweater? That trip? That rug? Must be collective!

I understand your point, but I find the boredom highly effective. As in, your lies are exhausting. I don’t find interrupting effective at all. Let them say it and then fact check it which I thought she did. But this is just my opinion, which is no more valid than yours.

I just said the same. THIS is how you have to treat them. Call it out. Tell them “you know that”. And make sure you are prepared and knowledgeable with facts on your side.

Not a popular response, but I wouldn’t do that. I think there will be a major fallout from this Musk disruption. Something will get screwed up (i.e. Veteran payments, social security, etc). This would give them a clear deflection. And the divide would continue…

Agree. I feel like we’re always saying “soon this could be a constitutional crisis”. Or “soon the rule of law won’t apply”. I guess lemme know when that happens because seems like we’ve made it
