I don’t think you could sell a script with that plot line to Hollywood, but the American people just bought it. Maybe it relates to the factoid I read recently that the average reading level in the U.S. is sixth grade. Right around Trump’s level.

I've always felt that losing someone close to you is psychologically a bit like losing an arm or leg. It’s not something you get over, it's something you learn to live with.
