Ankles are tricksy things. My right one has been broken and had a partially ruptured Achilles a few years later. The physio I had for the latter helped so much - including with balance so I’ve been less of a clumsy chuff ever since. It’s worth the dosh for sure.

My supermarket gave me a free tub of ice cream cos I had a birthday.
Yesterday my florist gave me a free pot of sweeties for the same reason.
I’ll be fat for the rest of my life but that’s how the world wants me to be, it seems!

I know that feeling sometimes being an expat and all - this time of year is tough psychologically too. Maybe things will look better in the spring.. hope so anyway ! Big hugs x

If you don’t need to move then don’t. So important to have a secure and comfortable nest at times like these. Plan a lovely break somewhere you know and love instead. A friend has just *had* to move after her partner left and the whole thing has been absolutely brutal for her.
