A lot of things seem bleak right now which is why it’s so important that we do small acts of kindness. Compliment a stranger, hold the door for someone, help someone carry their groceries, etc. It’s easy to forget that kindness exists when hate is so loud. Let’s try to be louder.

I’m so disappointed in some of the people who are quiet right now. A lot of of us are scared. But the best way to not feel that is to help other people not feel that. Get loud. Let others know they are not alone. The more you let other people know that, the more you will feel it too.
