Whatâs the endgame for those who approve?
Trump mentioned âunconditional surrenderâ? What would that even mean? A U.S.-Israel-occupied Iran?

Is this a German thing or more of a life stage thing?
Putting perfectly fine furniture out by the curb for your neighbors to rehome is very common in my current, leafy U.S. neighborhood.
In my German neighborhood of mid-rise coop buildings, this wouldnât even be legal (no leaving anything â

Given WMF's reputation for making (relatively) affordable yet unbreakable products (mostly cutlery, corkscrew, and pepper mills), this seems like the most perfect branding ever.

The availability of air conditioning is what makes the difference during hot days. đ„”
Still, we've often found ourselves unprepared for Germany's cold summer days, because I always forget to pack sweaters and heavier jackets.

Did it burn off later in the day? I once worked a contract in San Francisco where we could go up to a tower roof like that for smoke breaks (even if, like me, you didnât smoke) and many of our mornings looked like that, but none of the afternoons.
Those near-daily changes were so beautiful, â

Still, since Trump is known to basically never follow through on his demands, this is all pretty meaningless. (He also promised to end Russiaâs war in Ukraine and made certain demands of Putin, all to make several 180s since.)

The issue here isnât hard time limits, but the fact that pilots and ATC canât and shouldnât negotiate ad-hoc exceptions during approach.
Directions from ATC must remain ironclad. Expecting âcommon-senseâ exceptions would greatly weaken security in all sorts of ways. Once pilots got the idea âïž
