I did book things today. Very excited for the new book. Was fun seeing @premeemohamed.com do the reading and the Q&Aing and the book signing. Here’s bad photos as proof.

At one point it was mostly just milquetoast headlines and very non-hard-hitting news updates (subway delays, it's raining, look at this cute raccoon, &c), was reasonably useful for Toronto morning commuters. Rogers have def shifted 24 hour "news" talk shows into unhealthy talking heads.

I love that the close button doesn't work.

Or, you could get this antifascist adventure collection. It was created to raise money for Hope Not Hate and Football Lads & Lasses Against Fascism. www.exaltedfuneral.com/products/pos...

As a suggestion you could grab my zine. It's full of wicked good art by @amandalee.bsky.social and has some beautiful storytelling by @zedecksiew.bsky.social. www.exaltedfuneral.com/products/in-...

“Trump has promised to return America to its traditional way of life—and, to be fair, losing wars of occupation is traditional for the United States.”

Same. I remember how much of a battle it was to buy a copy of Spawn #1.

A totally unrelated post from fellow Canuck @undertow.bsky.social that has nothing to do about anything. I also am not sure why this song came into their head. bsky.app/profile/unde...

I made a playlist of the first 3. Mostly just wanted all the 90s albums in one spot. It is the best nostalgia trap. BST2 4 Life music.apple.com/ca/playlist/...

I would've bought this Big Shiny Tunes compilation.

I originally bought the darker grey hoodie without thinking about the ink being the same colour, so re-bought in this colour. There's a good chance I'll get the tee version when it's t-shirt weather.

I never thought I would read a 15-minute long article about that bag of trash. Like ever. But every other sentence I cheered harder than I ever did for a big sportsball event. 😅

Oh man. A few years ago a whole shelf of 3A World War Robots stage dived because one of them had a leg joint give out. I know I can repair the paint scratches and glue some accessories back together but I also don’t have the energy to bother.

The specimen framing is such a brilliant approach. Looks so good.

I found both of yous through your kits with Michael. And found Michael through the Remora kit I think end of 2011/early 2012. Would love to see IM come back but get how exhausting it is to deal with recasters and flakey buyers.

How racist do you have to be to be too racist to work for a guy who nazi saluted?

Happy to see it well under the desired number. But I would not have accepted a buyout from two clowns who notably never pay. Pretty sure those 20k folks won’t see a dime.

I’ve been using Firefox more recently. Trying to keep google off the computer. But Mozilla’s deeper push into advertising is making it harder to recommend as a replacement.

I leave servers muted by default. Channels, categories, mentions, the whole server. All disabled all at the same time. I’ll pop in to say hi when I feel like it, not because the little notification blob demands my attention.
