My highest, I weighted in at 370lbs (!). Just now, I weighed in at 156lbs. Yet I still look in the mirror and see that big guy. Body dysmorphia doesn’t just go away magically when the lbs come off. Self-acceptance isn’t a given. It’s a journey to accepting and finding the “better you”. ❤️
