There are 28 years since 1997, times 365 times 2 is 20440 which means the last cup has 1/20^20440 molecules of the first cup.
20^20440 my calc says, unhelpfully, is "Infinity"
A cup of tea has 10^24 molecules so there is roughly 1 in (20^20440 / 10^24) chance of a molecule of the original cup

Lets say its 5% of the tea left. Lets presume 2 cups of tea per day (seems low but ok). Lets presume the next 95% mixes uniformly. The second cup then has 1/20 of the first and the third has 1/20^2 so the Nth cup has 1/20^n-1 of the first.
