It is clear from the way the dissent was written…full of subjective insults of the lower court…that this SCOTUS is full of MAGA loyalists.
But we knew that.
I’m liking Justice Barrett more than I hate her.

Excellent!
Now, will Trump comply?

The best way to get a Constitutional crisis is to ignore or mock the courts’ rulings.

It is the one and only thing Trump & The Broligarchs care about.

When it comes to Iran, I don’t think they just “try” anything.

So…what happens when Trump defies the courts?
What happens when he defies SCOTUS?
This nascent civil war will get very hot.

The only times Collins votes "no" is when the nomination will get a majority anyway.
When hers is the decisive vote, she always falls in line.
She's a profile in weakness.

So…can those attacked on January 6 sue the ones who were just pardoned?
It’s all about the $, it seems.

Right.
Like none of the big corporations have ever lied to us before.
Like Apple CEO Tim Cook didn't just donate &1 million to Trump inauguration.

Musk, Trump, and everyone on the right are doing everything they can to rewrite history.
Nothing makes that easier than disassociating events from time.

If Kamala had won, easily the greatest.
Now, the goal posts have been moved.
What happens in the next month, and then years, may put him in the Chamberlain category.

Anyone who has the audacity to cite the “American justice system” after the convicted felon, insurrectionist, sexual abuser, etc., got away with everything needs to shut way the f up.

It may be nothing, but they included that in there for a reason.

Bullies & MAGA elites.
They say that we’re arrogant and elitist. The fact is that we are just people of all backgrounds who believe that you don’t have to persecute others in order for everyone to succeed.
And I’m staying on X so I can tell them to f off & Block them.

The 1969 Harlem concert series.

Because I want a woman president, my heart says Whitmer.
Because I want the smartest liberal speaker I’ve ever seen, my brain says Mayor Pete.
Because I don’t want to risk the heartbreak again, my pragmatism says Beshear.

The legacy media platforms are not news.
Everything we see everywhere must be fact-checked.
If those with less information wonder why those with more have lost patience trying to inform them of the facts, it’s because we’re exhausted.

The trans community is another scapegoat for MAGA.
MAGA needs people to hate in order to make their lives complete.
That is the pernicious illness they bring to society and it must never be tolerated.

No violence, mind you. But we have great historical examples of how to do this.

An election is not a court of law.
There are no rules of evidence. Lying is permitted.
And, in this case, the "jury" of American voters didn't even give a verdict by a majority, let alone unanimous.
Anyone who argues otherwise should lose their law license, if they really have one.

When people of color and women don’t bow down to white men, the white men say they’re being “oppressed.”
No. They’re simply being treated equally.
