Those two are CRAZY hard, it took me a while π
and yes, Hades is the next boss! You don't necessarily have to finish Hades 1 to get what's going on in Hades II, and Hades II plays very differently (I'm better at II than I am at 1). Soundtrack on vinyl is SO COOL, I'm jealous! π€©π€©

Ah okay! The roguelike gameplay loop of "die -> get stronger -> get a bit further -> repeat" was one of the best in the genre for me. And I love how the story gets organically unlocked after each death. if the gameplay loop didn't compel you to continue then Hades II will be the same I'm afraid!

Still love this shot, awesome work from you two and go Veeps!!

I really like it! It's very different to the first game: a lot slower paced, a lot darker, arguably more difficult. But it's *so* immersive and atmospheric, with genuine surprises in terms of presentation and story beats (there's a particularly memorable instance involving music that I won't spoil!)

Wait, when you say "end of Hades" do you mean you've never beaten Hades himself or do you mean you've not gotten to the END end of the game?

It's the corporate side of D&D, which might not be exactly the dream you were picturing! But I've been a DM for 10 years, even before I joined the company π

Ooh I've not heard of those! I'll have to check those out too, thanks! βΊοΈ I'm a fan of Rattlecake Dice Inc., I met them at a faire and they were lovely and the dice are beautiful

Lost in Play is a really cute puzzle adventure game, and Night in the Woods is a really intriguing coming of age story! Recommend both for sure
