So ... what is your plan? Deployment of troops is a clear violation of law and custom. "Please be nonviolent" isn't leadership, it's cowering in the face of tyranny.
Do something! Use the police to protect citizens from the Feds! Call up the National Guard to protect us from the National Guard!

they've arrested council members and local Dem leadership here too
this is his own party members being arrested and attacked as well as regular people
the mayor is hiding and the local cops are assisting the violent acts by ICE

His plan is to give law enforcement more tax dollars to combat the 'evil' protestors so they can better support ICE in their deportation of Americans. Neo-liberalism at it's worst, where all politicians are members of the same party.

I can hold two thoughts at the same time. Vote Dem, and thank you to the ones doing things. However we have to keep up the pressure on them to be better. Dont let them think they have unconditional support.
