I have trouble understanding why teams give up studs for mid-late round picks. A lot of it is obviously cap, but what are the chances of hitting on a 4-6th rounder and actually getting the surplus value of having a player on a rookie contract? Doesn’t feel like the value is there.

On one hand, you’re objectively correct. On the other, look at how cute those mice are.

The fact that this is without checking is nuts. Good shit.

Ryan Lavarnaway is almost always good for a sub 1%. Other than him, the 2009-2013 Mets are a vortex which knew no light, so the world at large didn’t have to witness them, which makes many of them perfect.

Man, that sucks. I’m sorry to hear that. You and Jon Bois were my favorite creators there, and I’m bummed that you’re not gonna be there anymore.
That said, I hope your future plans go well. I love the stuff you’re putting out on YouTube. Good luck!

There’s a lot of really horrible shit going on in the world, but this put a big smile on my face.

Iirc one of your tier lists had a Johto game as your top Pokémon game. If you end up doing Johto, it’s still very fun! The criticism of them is the level curve. It makes normal trainers completely non-challenging if you grind to match gym leaders’ levels, & makes Team Rocket sections a massive slog.

I would start with Fire Red/Leaf Green or Ruby/Sapphire. They’re the best mix of accessibility, QoL, and difficulty for a first run.
Hack in rare candies if you want to skip grinding. I’ve come all the way around on that after having tried it myself.

Joe Burrow for the best version of Travis Hunter imaginable imo.

Hell yeah! To your point, I buzzed my sides a few months ago. It’s so freeing. I’m not going back.

Last addendum, I promise: Marshawn’s extension with Seattle from 2012-15 is the standard for past 2000 imo. Can’t argue with a championship plus being a play away from another one.

(Also to your original question, if the Marshall Faulk trade plus extension probably that, or maybe Curtis Martin? Either way, it’s worked out incredibly for Philly.)

Imo Saquon and Henry kinda prove your point. Having great pieces around your RB is more important than a great RB.
Like Saquon makes this team better. He should be in the MVP discussion. But he also wasn’t enough on his own to make the Giants a contender for example, nor was Henry with the Titans.
