Violence has no excuse and no justifications.
The worst women enemy is women who help the enslavement of their sisters, their daughters, their own mother 🇪🇺

These are dangers the DNI has been predicting for over 4 years in their yearly reports...and we are now experiencing what I consider as the most tumultuous of times.
We will need really smart, credible and experienced people in our government to address these increasing threats.

So, it’s been going on for awhile with certain elected officials. Prior to Trump, those officials got called out even by their own party
Now, the GOP is a single-brained organism where groupthink is not only encouraged, it’s mandatory. Orange man smart. Everybody else dumb. Experts especially dumb.

I think we will ultimately find that a lot of our high risk intelligence operations are being shuttered - last time, Trump (intentionally or not) burned several highly placed assets for us and our allies.
Operations will undoubtedly be impacted, but it’s hard to quantify a specific ‘weakening’

I suspect that will come pretty quickly. Thune says it’s not happening, but… I’m skeptical.
If they do it, may Manchin and Sinema never get another good night’s sleep for their commitment to ‘regular order’ when it’s clear that the nation was going off the rails.

I love it! It reminds me of Twitter when Twitter was fun.
Hopefully it’ll stay this way and continue to grow and improve.

No, I don’t.
They can do a lot of stupid shit before the midterms, but Democracies don’t fall over night. The guardrails are weakened, but they still exist.
We’ll make it to the midterms, and we’ll win. Chin up.

So far, this administration is an absolute clown car.
There are a few people who know SOME of the levers to pull, but there isn’t a single person that’s made me say ‘oh fuck, he’s going to be able to destroy ____’
So far. There are still appointments being made, but they’re way over their heads.

We’re gonna have to do it together.
This is likely to be a really, really rough couple of years.
I’m reminded of the old adage: how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
I would suggest folks take mental health breaks as they need. Just make sure you’re here for the midterms!

Cholesterol.
On a serious note, I don’t think Trump is hardcore enough for his base anymore - they’re all disappointed with some of his more ‘normie’ picks (even though even the normie ones are awful).
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a push at some point to install Vance.

I’m rooting for the triglycerides, but yes, I do think he’ll get sworn in.
Whether or not he actually serves his whole term is a whole different topic - lots of theories out there that he’ll take his pardon and go home. FWIW, I doubt that happens immediately, but it could at some point.

Alright folks, gotta stop there for now!
I think it’s safe to say the BlueSky AMA experiment was a success - worked exactly as I hoped it would!
Unless you guys think otherwise, my plan is to continue to do Friday AMAs on this platform.
