When you figure it out, please let the rest of us know how to do it. I thought I was prepared, but I’m so shell shocked that I can’t function.

I was at Dachau in 2018 where they discussed the parallels between what happened in Germany and what was happening with a “high ranking American official.” I fear your post is accurate.

Unfortunately, too many have been brainwashed with an alternative version of what happened that day.

We all saw it live on January 6th, in all of the information silos, so they denied what they actually saw. The different stories didn’t start until a day or two later.

It sure feels like the flags should reflect mourning. It’s going to be a long four years. Glad you are posting on Bluesky.

We all saw the same live TV feed of the attack on the capitol, so it is incomprehensible to me when some want to rewrite what happened on that day.

I still don’t understand why it didn’t end the day he mocked the NYT reporter.

My FL HO insurance in 2022 = 2400. 2023 = 3911. 2024 = 6232. This is unsustainable!!!

I take a peek over there each day, however I’m finding my time gets shorter each time.

I’ve tried to stay somewhat positive and stay in the moment rather than worrying about what will happen in January. But, the announcements this week are pushing me over the edge. We are in the final days of the democracy.

Look at what’s happened to Florida, the land of voucher programs. SAT scores are plummeting, ranking Florida 47th out of 50 states.

One of my former students qualified for Bright Futures scholarships, but decided to go to Ole Miss for undergraduate. I believe they have an excellent undergrad to Veterinary program with scholarships for high academic students.
