Every day I wake up in fear that medicaid will be cut and campers won't have the funds to attend camp, let alone live in the community. I helped many people move out of institutions and into group homes or their own homes.

I lay awake wondering what do they think is going to happen when they have dismantled all the social, environmental and legal resources and systems? Millions of suffering people who have nothing left to lose will be a more powerful force than they anticipate. Praying that it doesn't come to that.

There has been a, not very subtle, attack on our education system for quite some time, now. We are seeing the results now, nearly 20 years later. Ban the books, rewrite the history, teach the people to listen to those in power. Don't brother to ask any questions. They won't like what you learn.
