This is self-evidently incorrect. Virtually any reputable NGO will make you feel good for doing good things. It doesn't take much to find leftists accusing leftists of being racists over this affair. 5-10$ to a Burmese scammer is a steel to be insulated against racism accusations.

I can't tell if you're describing Molly Shah today or Trump in a year or two. Nonetheless if you think the kick backs are why either of them do it, you're wrong, they like lording power over others.

Can't wait for: "AOC is a dem sellout in 23 days or so." It's not going to change anything if I explicitly label this sarcasm is it?

Yes, it literally says gerontocracy here. How you possibly knew someone would be foolish enough to yell at you calling the gerontocracy a gerontocracy 23 days ago is a bit baffling, but here we are.

The point stands, he’s even older than Schakowsky. The only thing that makes sense is you didn’t look up Schakowsky.

She’s an old progressive, okay, so why aren’t you calling Bernie to hang it up? I’m down with Schakowsky endorsing her, but the fuck are talking about otherwise?

You have to actively get rid of the bad thing and replace it with a well run good thing. Every previous vanguard state has failed at this step, a well run good thing.

You remind me of the people who claimed the Vladamir Ilyich Lenin Nuclear Power Plant couldn’t blow up because it was named after Lenin. I can’t emphasize enough what a catastrophe it would be to put hardcore ideologues in charge of economic central planning.

The economy for the median American worker is better than it has ever been in all of American history, with exception to housing affordability. Congrats on posting a video that summarizes Keynesian economics and that populists use culture war bullshit. Golf-clap.

It bothers some leftists that certain “non-leftists” are in fact to the left of them. Who you are is unimportant, but what you do is.

I will reiterate: There is a mountain of worthy criticism to be had of democrats. Fixing the economy is specifically and narrowly not one of them. Even negative perceptions of the economy are democrats fault.

I think so too, like if someone thinks we’re not actually at 5%, but they think the true number is 6% or 7%, that’s fine, you’re enough in the ballpark that I plausibly you closer to correct. I do think its wildly ignorant when people talk like we’re in stagflation already, which very much may come.
comment in response to

And to push passed 5%, employers start offering incentives. Better hours, awards of excellence and importantly MORE PAY. If you wanna be a leftist who thinks more pay is bad for workers, go right ahead. The last guy pushed a paper whose own authors had refuted at a later date.

I’ll save you the trouble of googling. Whether under capitalism or socialism some percentage of your workforce is always in transition between jobs. It can be training, parental leave, whatever, point is economists think that percentage is at least 5%.
comment in response to
post
I don’t think you have. In fact I think there’s something very wrong with supposedly economically minded people when unemployment is close to or below 5%, and they speak or behave as though that’s not something good.

Bolsheviks weren’t so much about helping as they were about taking things over, which is fine if that’s what you want, just don’t fret about it if you think you’re anything like a menshevik.

You’re correct, I misspoke. Why aren’t you grilling collaterly on this? We’re both clearly scientists. No AI can yet replicate what we’ve discussed. There’s no iupac for biology, and AI reliably fumbles synonyms.

It’s a tetramer. Formed from two alpha subunits and two beta subunits. I literally said subunits. I know what tertiary structure is.
comment in response to

No its not. You centrifuge blood, anything below the buffy coat (which is WBCs) are erythrocytes. If you’re measuring hemoglobin concentration directly in plasma, your patient is either about to or will be going into kidney failure.
comment in response to
post
She’s a scammer piece of shit impersonating a medical doctor.
comment in response to

Yes, specifically the beta subunits, and not the alpha subunits. It’s the percent of beta hemoglobin bound to d-glucose, which correlates reliably to mean blood glucose in mg/dL of plasma. Thank you so much for retreading standard curves, which collaterly does not fucking know.

Its a difference without distinction. Still waiting on you explaining how machine learning will spit out 1/5 on something that is either above or below the threshold.

Glad both of us knows better than to put insipidus on the table. You’re right gestational is a whole can of worms neither of us wants to touch. I said you can set the threshold however you like. That includes a1cs between 100 and 125, or below 100 if you wanna go there.

No goal posts moved dude. Better question, and I want you answer, why is collaterly trying to diagnose uncontrolled DM with a point of care test that tells you just about nothing except the current blood glucose of the patient.
comment in response to

I literally have a1c results from a patient from october, they’re reported in mg/dL and percentages, but everyone goes by mg/dL because those are the values HBGM report in. Do I have to explain in excruciating detail why you make new standard curve everytime you do Uv-Vis.
bsky.app/profile/diet...
comment in response to
post
Explain it to be like I’m 5 years old. A1c is either above 125 mg/dL or it not. How does the machine return 1/5 result as uncontrolled diabetes. This is THE test for uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, and collaterly thought you could diagnose this off HBGM. Literally fasting or eating confounds this.

I am well aware places like the Hutch, John Hopkins and Mayo Clinic roll things out in phases all the time, which is why I said the only places you’ll find charting done by AI will also have healthcare providers charting for the exact same patients, at an outpatient clinic no less.
