4. I didn’t pay enough attention to my physical health. Partly because I had to many psychological issues to deal with.
This changes now.
I currently weigh 65kg at 179cm.
I need to gain 10 more kg of pure muscle. At least 5 kg by June 2025.
I need to fix my neck.
I need to fix my posture.

3. I believe I can still fix a lot of things with the right mindset and execution.
The body heals itself better than anything else.
But it needs time and support on the way: good sleep, good nutrition, plenty of exercise without too much strain, working stress management strategies.

2. I learned a lot about my condition during this month and reevaluated the way I live and do things.
The root cause of the problem is bad posture and poorly managed stress in a period over 15 years. I have straightened neck which adds stress to my neck joints and discs.

I wish you all great 2025! 🎊
Stay positive, stay healthy 💪

Sep-Oct: active work on aide projects, learning new stuff every day 📈
Nov-Dec: got derailed by injury. Will spend next 12-24 months recovering but stuck committing my free time to entrepreneurship ❤️🩹

I liked this one very much 🙌
Gave me plenty of things to think about 💡

If it’s production-critical, they should make sure the payment goes through.
Otherwise you’re paying for their mistake out of your pocket.

It stinks but really clever.
No clear case of fraud, nobody lost their livelihood.
Only few bucks here in there for customers and a few thousand $ for influencers.
Meanwhile some people in the corp got their fat checks at the end of multiple years at this point.

I’ve watched this one yesterday.
Very elegant scheme.

5. Besides mobility and strength, I need to change my movement patterns which will probably be the more difficult part of recovery.
Change my posture, change the way I move my neck and head.
That stuff takes time and effort.

4. Now I need to exercise once every two hours and have a light workout 2/day for the next month or so.
I need to gradually increase neck mobility and strength.
The overall recovery will take 6-12 months.
I plan to gain about 7 more kg(to reach 75kg) in muscle mass by June 2025.

3. Now in 2024, after 6 months of battling beurocracy and trying to adjust my expectations in 🇩🇪 my health gave way 🚑
Fortunately, no need for a surgery yet. But the pain in my neck and numbness in my right arm scared the shit out of me.
Also I realized that I don’t like German healthcare.

2. In 2022 I left the country and didn’t have a permanent place for the next two years 🏕️🗺️
And I wasn’t focused on my health really during that period. Just trying to build a resemblance of a normal life ❤️🩹

What were my symptoms:
1. First I got neck pain in 2019. There was some wear and tear on my neck discs. 💀
I started working out regularly, fixed most of the issues. And continued to keep a healthy lifestyle until 2022 🏋️♂️

One month into recovery from cervical radiculopathy 🩻
My disc betwen C6/C7 has slipped — a testament to poor choices in my 20s 🐥
And a stressful period for the past 3 years 😖

And then there is depth to like 19 billion of these things:
you can be aware of these things,
or can know some stuff,
or you could think that you know stuff,
then can actually know stuff,
but there still be a giant mountain of stuff that you’ve never considered and not known to anyone.

It looks much more chaotic than hadra. And doesn’t look like much probably from the outside. But the emotional state can be, what can I say, ecstatic. I think the best way to get to know it is to try. It can be a very spiritual experience connecting with yourself and others.

Also:
1. I did have some experience with German through Duolingo, so I kind of had an idea about language structure for something analogous to present simple.
2. Also my test officer gave me some slack. I understood all the commands and technical questions, but couldn’t make the small talk.

I’ve chosen the following strategy:
1. Learn only the relevant car terminology.
2. Use ChatGPT to create a comprehensive list of questions with that terminology.
3.Create minimal responses with no hard to memorize words that get the point across.
4. Repeat the q&a’s 2/day
My German MVP.

It’s all about building that tolerance for being uncomfortable. And doing it gradually.
Start with 20 seconds.
Add another 20 seconds each week.

Yes, I didn't have all the right documents to get my soul crushed the first time,
so I consulted with my Steuerberater get the missing docs.
Now I'm getting my soul crushed 100%. Unless I have typo in the documents. Then I have to through the whole process again.

I think spending most of the time fighting the system and not working on a business itself is not the way it should be.

I think all depends on dosage.
I check the recommended daily values + bloodwork.
I need some extra in Calcium, Magnesium, B complex, etc for recovery from injury. Here I can be a bit more generous.
Overall this gives me much more energy and mental clarity than I used to have despite the injury.

iHerb?
I my usual supplements look like this:
1. Magnesium, Calcium, D3, Collagen, L-Lysine, B complex tabs.
2. Multivitamin complex + BCAA + Creatine.
3. Omega 3, Ginseng, L-theanine.
First group to speed up recovery,
Second — for workout and general health.
Third — mental health and function.
