Demand better pay, keep switching jobs that pay better, learn more skills, demand raise, else switch job. Rinse repeat. If you don’t own a home you can travel states for better job.
I speak from experience, a couple years and you’ll climb to a 6 figure pay.

Transgenders (men who claim to be women but don't transition) are males who don't want to be Men.
