Unfortunately, it doesn't matter. Even if SCOTUS doesn't interfere at the 11th hour, the sentencing will be symbolic at best with no real accountability.
Once he's occupying the office, the conviction will be expunged anyway. Justice has become a commodity.

Honestly, the sentencing wouldn't mean anything except for symbolism. He won't serve time, be fined, or even community service.
Personally, I expect the conviction to be expunged by his minions once he's in office.
