Petting goats: lowers bp, reduces stress, and eases loneliness. Owning goats: raises bp, induces stress, and ensures you’re never alone… even when you’d like to be. I tell my husband my goats are my therapy—but they’re also the reason I need therapy. Sincerely, A Stressed but Devoted Goatherd 😅

Serious question, not trying to be a smarty: Don't meat cows and heifers end up being used for meat, too? I mean, mammary glands aren't just in dairy cows.

Same. We're super rural. It's like a treasure hunt trying to find acceptable alternatives but we've managed, too. And we've even found better deals in the process. Win, win!
