Antiqued the leather parts after dying and painting. After a varnish layer I will cut out the waistband knotwork and glue/sew it onto this basketweave leather

Ok ok I left my bed to take these.
Finished tail and belt. The knees still need their lining on the inside but Iām not sure yet now Iām gonna attach them so Iām waiting until Iāve finished the trousers.

Covered the tail with low density EVA foam because I didnāt want a seam from sewing lycra around it.

Because I used a combination of 3D print, Eva foam, and foamclay, it is important to make sure everything has the same base layer to avoid any weird finishes that may turn up after applying primer onto the foam. Especially Foamclay and foam will have a weird result. I used Kwikseal andā¦
