A tantrum seems like a more accurate way to describe it.

The remake of Riven was my favorite game of 2024. Highly recommended!

But Andoria is where we get our dilithium! The price of space travel is going to skyrocket.

"Don't thrash" is good advice in general. Except if you're listening to heavy metal. That's a good time to thrash.

Considering that birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment, this was a foregone conclusion. All Judges would rule this unconstitutional. The Fourteenth Amendment is clear on the issue.

Every Switch game I've played has been at my desk. Also mouse optical sensors work on just about every surface. You could even drag it around on your thigh. Or your belly.

It's not even a redesign. It's his old design before Rare redesigned him for Donkey Kong Country.

Perhaps the games are at the April 2nd Nintendo Direct that the reveal video implied that game reveals will be at.

I anticipate it'll be like the Switch 1 reveal in October 2016, where they just gave little snippets of Mario Odyssey without showing Cappy, the capture mechanic, or the name.

Just below the SL button appears to be an optical sensor just like on a computer mouse. That's a pretty cool idea to be able to use the joycon like a mouse. A new Mario Paint incoming?

I'd go as far to say that, graphically, it's the Crysis of 2024. What a beautiful game.

The Switch 2 is using the Nvidia Tegra T239 so there's nothing weird with an Nvidia logo being there.

Dark Souls 2 is a mixed bag for me, however Majula is one of best parts. The permanent sunset with the melancholy music made it one of the most memorable places in any video game I've played.

I'd guess that the dock's 33% higher wattage is due to the HDMI chip inside being capable of 4K output. Granted the Switch 2 itself won't be running much at native 4K, but I'm sure a number of games will use DLSS to upscale a 1080p image to 4K.

If I were Nintendo I'd want the early 2025 Nintendo Direct to be entirely Switch 2 focused, so The Game Awards would be a nice place to air the Metroid Prime 4 release date trailer.
