I love Mark Cuban, but I unfollowed him on X b/c he’s not standing up to Musk. It’s unconstitutional for DOGE & Musk to be both running a govt agency & working out of the White House while handling classified documents w/o the appointment of both the president & Congress. Y wont he stand up to Musk?

Why can’t they stop the firings when DOGE is not a constitutional agency? It has not been approved by both Congress and the president and is operating out of the White House while handling classified documents; again, both are unconstitutional without both the Senate and the president’s appointment.
