I love Rose and the Doctor. I am passionate about the Bad Wolf story line too.

That’s why I didn’t buy Avowed. Plus the character creator options look awful. It doesn’t feel like it’s a game for adults.

It doesn’t interest me. IMHO these games are for kids not adults. When I was a kid that was my jam. Perhaps one day I might try again but as an adult I’ve yet to finish any game like that. And I won’t purchase at full price ever again.

Then voice actors that breathe life in to those characters. There has to be a reason to care what happens to make me play. To make a difference in the game that for the better. That’s why so many pick redemption for Solas! We all want things to be better & we fight for that each time in games.

THIS! ALL OF IT!

I agree bare foot armor is ridiculous! It didn’t make any sense at all. At least my Rooks feet look good I guess.. 🤣 I wish someone would mod those outfits and give us real boots!

Solasta II looks really interesting to me. I got to try the demo..

This is what they wrote. My mind immediately went to wait.. The Technomancer is way more brutal!

If you wanted to play as an Elf Dalish only the Veil Jumpers allows you to be Dalish. Otherwise you’re a city elf. There are different dialogue options from what I understand.

There are a few missions you can swap out companions before ending the quest so you can have it apply to the companion that’s lower level. Like some missions you need to go back to the quest giver to conclude the quest.

There’s always a risk when you try to stand up for what is right. It shows you how cruel and mean things are now. It’s GameGate just under another name. It’s just the way we as a civilized society has become and there are no real consequences for their abusive/cruel behavior.

This is why I never joined gaming development. As much as I love games. But it’s starting to get brutal all around now!

That’s the way of things now. Usually this is done to reset salaries. Hoping developers will accept being paid less. Why would anyone want to work in the gaming industry now?
comment in response to post
Not surprised anymore. More people will be leaving the gaming industry.

E - Only in DA2! Default Hawke is perfect! IMHO the best default protagonist Dragon Age has ever made! Purple/Humor Hawke is my canon!

This is an attack on white women who benefited from DEI the most. Just as you lost your reproductive rights, now they are taking your livelihood away. Soon you won’t be able to vote either. Write Republican men are taking away women’s rights & no one’s taking about it.

As an American I support my Canadian friends decision NOT to buy an American made products while this regime is in power!

Damn shame there are no romances in this game.

You will miss out on loot items specifically available in their quests. So if there’s specific things you’re looking for your build make sure there not in those quests you don’t want to do.

Amazing how this hasn’t changed my decision not to buy Avowed!

Wow. Just. Wow.

Well this just sealed it for me.

As an American I support Canada’s sovereignty. I didn’t vote for that felon and don’t support what’s happening! When weak men get power they can be very dangerous. All those that support weak men need to understand the consequences.

I was expecting a lot more reactivity.

It should have said: "The mage tower is the only option where you don't have to sacrifice someone". I remember being told you had to do the Broken Circle first before going to Redcliffe because too much time would of passed to save Connor. But that's not case, doesn't matter when you do it.

I appreciate it. Thank you.

Correct. You have to go to the Mage Tower to not lose anyone, that was my point. This entire conversation was about saving Isolde so you could see her again in DA2's Mark of the Assassin's DLC.
comment in response to post
Yeah if you don’t go to the Mage Tower someone has to be sacrificed.
