I don't see the DNC or the Democratic leadership in either the House or Senate doing this yet. If they have, it comes across as sporadic, reactive, and inchoate.

This would be coordinated with interested members of the Democrats in the House and Senate to shape coherent messages that would help lead a more cogent insurgency. It has to be organized and coordinated.

Not too long ago, someone (Norm Eisen maybe?) recommended we start a "Shadow Cabinet". This would be a group of individuals and, along with them, a number of their colleagues who are delegated to speak out on the behalf of the "Loyal Opposition" to counter the message of the current administration.
