If you go for a goatee, I’ll get the mohawk I’ve been thinking about again

I’ve been in CA for over 15 years and I feel the same way. Gavin is a butthead in many ways, but I fully support him on this issue.

They really don’t, they still think they are in the right. The one near me had a trump flag hanging on Memorial Day, ABOVE the US flag. But they’re Patriots™️
They still have a steady diet of Fox on every day, so they may not even know this is happening.

I read mostly fiction, so not usually. When I do read a nonfiction book (usually political or punk stuff) I’ll sometimes highlight things I think are important, but only if it’s a book I don’t plan on donating.
I also have no problems dog earring my favorite parts in a book to read later

That’s my home turf! I haven’t lived there in 20 years and I can still remember how to get from the Burlington-Bristol Bridge to AC without a GPS. Those maps get engraved into your brain.

The only reason I remember is because I changed the setting that forces me to add alt text before posting.
People should absolutely not be harassing you for this though.

My fella was a chronic sneezer too. That quiet makes it worse. We used the last of his poops as fertilizer for a special tree in our yard. I also still have a few of the pellets and sticks he munched on that last night.
For such quiet critters they make SO MUCH NOISE

He didn’t actually want a date with her. He only messaged so he could insult her and inflate his own ego.

Thanks, I may have to pick it up next time I’m at the bookstore. I hope you enjoy it a lot!

I’ve seen this one at the bookstore a few times and it’s caught my attention. How is it so far?

I ask this as someone who has HP Metal Earth models and books 1-6 first editions my partner gave me a long time ago. I want to complete the series, but only from a used bookstore and they will sit on my problematic author bookshelf with Gaiman and Rand, all purchased used.

I’m sorry if I’m coming off dickish, it’s not intentional. I’m just trying to understand this “if I have to buy something new I make a donation of equal or more, to a LGBTQ cause”
What is so important that you feel the need to pay twice to have it new?

So you understand she’s very problematic. The books are available at any used bookstore and used merch can be found in thrift stores. What HP merch is so important that you have to buy it new? All new purchases go straight into her pocket and feed her hate.

It probably wasn’t meant for you specifically. That guy is spamming his blog and the same few comments to all kinds of posts. He’s trying to bring more traffic to his blog, probably best to mute or block.

I completely understand. Be kind to yourself, it’s a natural part of the mourning process. Remember the good times and try to find comfort knowing how well you cared for her. She was such a loved bun and everyone can see that 💚
Sending you all the big sister hugs I can 🫂

The sudden quiet was the hardest part for me when I lost my boy. Keeping a tv on in the background helped.
She was obviously very much loved. Sending all the love and hugs to you today.
Binky free sweet Elsa, you will be missed by all of us 💚

That’s really impressive! I love the humidity tent, it’s a great use of the extra parts from the bunny pen. I’ll have to try that if I can get some seeds to actually sprout.
Thank you for sharing!

I’ve been using Blue Apron for about 10 years now. Mostly to replace eating out 3 days a week, it saved us a bunch of money.
It cuts down how much I plan meals. I love the variety. The meals are so big that I often have leftovers for lunch the next day.
Plus, my partner has become a great cook.

A really really comfortable reading chair and a small bookshelf. That light coming in through the window would be perfect to read by.

I’m finishing up The Stars Too Fondly by Emily Hamilton this morning.
Then I am starting Kushiel’s Avatar by Jacqueline Carey later today

I love background music and sound effects in my audiobooks. I have a difficult time maintaining concentration when listening to audiobooks books and those types of sounds help keep my brain engaged.

This is the tag at MeetCuteRomance Bookshop in San Diego that made me pick up Fable for the End of the World by Ava Reid. It sounded interesting and the book was pretty.
I’ve been trying to pick up and read new books without looking up summaries and reviews. Super happy I did that with this book!

There are absolutely buses in South Jersey and there have been for a long time.
20ish years ago, I used to take the bus from my tiny town to work at the local mall. It was also my primary source of transportation to get into Philly for concerts.
Poo on her for lying! 💩
