I think legal aid should be granted to bring down immoral sellers inflating a price AFTER acceptance. Whilst i dont think it should be a criminal matter the court should find in the buyers favour and award full costs + some damages against the seller…..if a law change is needed then so be it.

It will be challenging but will require a radically different approach
Starting with valuing care workers which we began with Scottish social services council gradually extending those required to register SW Care managers now support workers.
Need to increase hourly rate= better national rates

I am no more an economist than you but i did have to wrestle with budgets as a minister and what you are describing doesn’t match what most economists are saying nor the Scot Gov. Gers figures
