Oh I am fairly sure this is stemming from when I was sick last week. And I know that I can’t use my eyes to get my balance. When I spin, my eyes will shake and vibrate. Looks like I’m having a stroke.
This all started after my first round with Covid.
But I am doing new exercises and it is helping
