I did- when he called a perfectly sensible guy a paedo for saying his mini sub was a stupid idea during the Thai cave rescue. He then used his wealth to get away with it.

Farage has made at least nine trips abroad, including eight to the US, since last year’s general election, with many of them either funded by donors or undertaken for paid employment such as speeches.

Utter madness- we have enjoyed a youth mobility scheme for ages and I didn’t hear any gnashing of teeth about it from the Brexit loons about young Australians or Kiwis while our young are working Down Under. They are just obsessed with the purity of the ideology.

We already have a scheme- I just don’t know if current negotiations will add EU nations to that list or they would have an easier, cheaper route.

It also flies in the face of evidence where we already have a youth mobility scheme eg Australia. Young people travelling and working is a huge benefit to them and communities.

Denmark is fab but am o the only one that think she could have been styled more suitably? She’s gorgeous, hourglass and voluptuous, that outfit didn’t make the most of her best bits. Needed a gown A La J Rabbit

It would if you walked the course and pull your trolley. That’s why professional golfers are lean and fit- they walk.

Folk who say “ I don’t have kids why should I pay to educate other people’s kids”, until they realise they need educated adults to provide their needs.

The world’s media seem obsessed with his “ golfing”🤬.
comment in response to

Yes- golf is “ a walk ruined”.
Also instant rage by use as a verb- golfing isn’t a thing. A sport that requires a piece of equipment is played, cricket, tennis, golf.
This is my hill to at least get tired on.

If you can I recommend finding an osteopath and just getting it checked.
Neck and shoulder structures are very complex and nerve impingement is a possibility. I’m not an osteopath but have had successfully been treated in the past

Is it referred pain? Have you had your neck and shoulder checked by an osteopath?
Sympathies, chronic pain is a bastard

I miss the Peggy character- she could be vile and demanding ( the twin window) but she also was a woman who spoke truth to power at times.

My thought exactly
During the VE party- a gentle shuffle off this mortal coil while the PowerPoint of Mr Dodge the War Hero is running.
Hopefully her affairs are in order, especially for Rewilding.

10 years ago I was seconded to Australia.
My uk salary continued + package. 40% was paid into uk bank to cover mortgage and uk tax and NI paid. 60% to Aus- no NI or uk tax, Aus deductions. Not new stuff

In 1989 uk population was just over 62 million
Now it’s around 69 million. In 1989 the sewage storage facilities were inadequate.
Privatisation was supposed to drive investment. Demand the data to see what % of sewage holding expansion has been generated in 35 years and strategic plans for growth

Ultimate nostalgia for me was the Bar Six- from the swimming pool vending machine with hot chocolate, with a wet towel under my arm wearing wet clothes because everything fell out of the stupid basket onto the floor.

Is there no hope of the UN not reminding the US of their commitment to the Budapest agreement? As Co-signatories the UK have probably been trying to exert some pressure but if Trump relaxes sanctions we are in a world of hurt
