You can try doing it progressively, skip them once a week, then twice a week and so on, I think that doing it abruptly males it way harder to do, but slowly and consistently is a bit easier. Taking the first step is easy, doing it everyday is the hard part :)

Zero. I started many years ago by drinking bitter beverages(tea, mate, etc with no sweeteners) and skipping desserts. A few weeks later I stopped craving for sweets. I still have to fix the rest of my diet but sweets and salty foods weren’t that hard to leave after enduring it for 1 or 2 weeks

I realize it’s a running theme because I got a bunch of music instruments and liquors and I don’t have enough space for them.

I'm using a CNC machine so there's some things I can figure out myself because I'm familiar with it, but if I went with etching I'm out of luck, most people are like "leave it for about 7 minutes" but no other details like how to deal with underbleeds

I'm also a bit annoyed at my town being full of machinists but there isn't a single hardware store that sells end bits, and most don't even know what they are. They are like "oh the dremel thingies?" Talking with people it seems most machinists get together and make a big supplies order once a month

I'll also have to figure out what to use to attach the pin and snap to the back since I can't weld aluminum. Annealing it might be nice too.

I'm looking for alternatives too, DDG uses LLMs too unfortunately. I miss the simpler times
