Es ist m.E. klar, was das ist: es gibt eine Gruppe, die sich seit Jahren bzw. Jahrzehnten bemüht, die schrumpfenden demokratischen Teile der Welt ins Chaos und möglichst Bürgerkriege zu stürzen. Allen voran der narzisstisch-misogyne Nihilist im Kreml.
