💯 of the excitement over West (and there was excitement) was what we THOUGHT his personality was. Viewers who rooted for him feel duped along with Ciara. Now that the rose coloured glasses are off whatever was attractive about him has dissipated. #SummerHouse

Dr. Dara Kass did mention to #wearAmask in public when sick. I’d like to point out it’s a good idea to wear one to prevent yourself from getting sick, specifically an #N95 or similarly rated respirator. Anecdotally, I haven’t had a cold or flu since 2021, my 2nd covid infection.

Oop. They’ve clarified it’s a bird flu report before going to another break. TBF the Biden admin had been bungling the bird flu response but yes, I’m 💯 sure DOGE cuts will put a nail in that coffin.

It is. I appreciate all who promote BlueSky. I wish platformed people used skeets rather than tweets in their content. I realize Musk and Trump are only going to post on their platforms, but I see screenshots from X where the person being shared published the same content from a BlueSky account.

It seemed like a really unfair comparison to me. Chamberlain was not akin to Trump and what Trump is doing with Putin is worse than Appeasement. Putin and Trump are in cahoots!

when war did break out it wasn’t as though the allies started out with the support of the US. My grandmother, who immigrated from England to Canada post WWI, lost two brothers in WWII.

Keep seeing this show advertised as we watch Murdoch Mysteries. It looks good. Anna Lambe is gorgeous. I plan to start watching it following Parks and Recreation which I’m a couple of seasons from finishing.

Ahhh. Yeah. I don’t need a recap. I rewatch the previous episodes before watching new episodes as the come out. But analysis and theories would be good. I tried a couple of other pods but I haven’t found any I like very much.

You may be right about that. I think its value lies in the behind the scenes/creator aspect rather than analysis/theorizing. I haven’t been listening to Severed because Allen S said he’d be doing his pod after the entire season was out; guess he changed his mind.

I thought Allen S was going to do his pods after the entire season was out. That’s what he did with S1 too. Unless he plans on doing a rewatch pod series. 🤔

I find it amazing that I have quit minimum wage jobs out of principle but, until this week, it’s been so difficult for people working public service under Trump to do so. Let’s hope recent events inspire people to have some courage.

Like his innie birth was lined up with his outtie birth and the innie memories being dispersed throughout his entire life in a way that didn’t match up. Maybe that’s what reintegration sickness is. 🤷🏼♀️

I thought of it as a process that takes time for the memories to stitch together. Petey mentioned something about his memories coming together in not chronological order. …

Until Javi died I thought Adam was Javi which would have made that storyline relevant. I’m hoping that Lisa is actually Nat and Travis’s daughter so that something of them can live on 😭. My dread is that, in the end, it will be that everyone actually died in the crash in which case I will be pissed!

I had similar feelings about S2 which I saw when it came out having watched S1 just prior. D/t the strike it’s been a long wait for S3 and I’m anxious for the show to get back on track from where it seemed to stray in S2. IDK why hat their plan was with Adam but it seems like such a distraction. …

It seemed to me Irving was reintegrated before Mark & is further along in the process, as you said. Also, in S1E9 it seemed that outtie Irving had been doing some Lumon reconnaissance with the info gathering on severed coworkers. At that point perhaps innie Irv hadn’t connected the dots.

Not Lost, Yellowjackets. You could totally watch Lost . I way very frustrated with the show because in the end it just felt like I was strung along by red herrings and the ending wasn’t satisfying.
