We need to stop speaking about legal concepts like states rights, etc. It's clear that the right wing Supreme Court, like the right wing in general, advances right wing dystopia at every turn, coming up with justifications on the fly. There's morrality, just power & hurting the ppl.

As a socialist, I disagree with your assessment. We have a different idea about "economic freedom". We don't think it includes freedom to exploit. It should include free to not starve or not die of curable diseases.
