Otherwise, you supposed intent means absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, this is the opposite of decent human behavior in this situation. So kindly stop apologizing for him. He isnāt sorry. He wonāt apologize. His behavior is garbage.

There is also a lot of discussion of harm to children in the piece, so beware of that as well. No, there isnāt a conviction ā but public opinion isnāt actually a court, and there is enough to believe the victims. I do. (3/3)

I knew I can do it, but my trauma didnāt result in PTSD and I have an acquired ability to cope with this. You absolutely shouldnāt go there if you suspect it will retraumatize you. Enough of us will see without you hurting yourself. (2/3)

Thank you! Psychology misinformation is usually promoted by people who think itās real and share with good intentions of helping others. So simply being interested in psychology or mental health easily exposes one to misguided content.

Absolutely. Writing down a bunch of platitudes is much more profound than conducting research studies in a difficult filed and attempting to summarize the results for the public. Makes a reader feel smart, too.

I feel this. I give open notes, unlimited time tests in my college classes. On a recent Psych 101 midterm, there were 44 questions. Numerous students got less than 20 correct. Two got 10. Yet the highest result was 43.
