It is however nuts that for literally the most predictable NHS crisis we still rely on the luck of the disease draw (and the weather) every winter.

Mixed-member proportional PR with party lists (similar to the NZ 🇳🇿 system) is my preference. Also none of this D'Hondt method rubbish.

"Biological" sex is incredibly complicated before one even considers socialisation and other aspects around gender.
There is a reason we don't test hormones, sequence SRY genes or even just karyotype people without cause.
When we ask these questions, we sometimes get surprised by the answers!

I love my cardiology 4 (graduation gift) which I chose because you can set it up with two sizes of diaphragm for ED/kids (rather than diaphragm and bell).
