Need another two green gryphons? I recall making a similar joke in the past with my Emerald and Likeshine (at least thinking it), but there is also her eldest daughter Malachite. There are never enough pretty green birds. Though I am not sure Halvden would like being called pretty.

That first sentence is too true. Queerness is important to my stories and I could never imagine them being without it. It makes me happy to see it in words. Seeing it in books I read brings me joy! I am sure others can relate.
